Technical Assistance for Supporting the Institutional Capacity of the Human Resources Development Operating Structure (HRD OS) and the Operation Beneficiaries, Information and Publicity
The overall objective of the project is to improve implementation of HRD OP by increasing the capacity of HRD OS and operation and project beneficiaries of HRD OP by supporting OS in programming, programme and project management and evaluation, monitoring, quality control, evaluation and dissemination activities and assisting the Operating Structure and relevant institutions for development of absorption capacity of final beneficiaries.
- Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for HRD OS
- Preparation and Delivering of Training Programmes to HRD OS staff
- Organisation of Study Visits to HRD OS Staff
- Organisation of Internship Programme
- Supporting the HRD OS Staff for certification programmes
- Full time consultancy services for the HRD OS staff for the effective management and implementation of the HRD OP
- Organising 4 Sectoral Monitoring Committee Meetings (SMC)
- Organising Workshops with stakeholders
- Support to Operating Structure in Development and Implementation of Communication Strategy and Action Plan
- Organising trainings programmes to the potential and final operation beneficiaries
- Preparing the guidelines in cooperation with the HRD OS
- Organising training programmes on procurement rules (PRAG) for the potential grant applicants
- Organising training programmes on the implementation of operations and projects for operation and grant beneficiaries
- Stakeholder analysis with potential/ operation beneficiaries in preparation of OIS
- Providing support to the grant beneficiaries on the preparation, implementation and management of the projects
- Organising Thematic Control Visits
- Providing consultancy services to the accredited beneficiaries of HRD OS
- Organising Awareness Raising Events
- Conferences/Workshops for the presentation of the HRD OP
