NewPost Project aims to provide new Joint VET Curricula for the postal sector by adjusting skills and of the postal employees to the new market trends and IT demands.

During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to present the current state of play of the Project (project overall assessment), with special focus given in the results presented of the quantitative and qualitative research in the postal sector to identify skills gaps and mismatches. The partners now proceed to summarize the needs of the designed curricula. A successful element of the project meeting was the active participation of all postal sector representatives in the project, that is our linkage with the sector’s actual needs and their input to the curricula that will be designed, as a common goal is to provide the best quality of Curricula to the audience. Other issues that have been discussed included the dissemination and communication strategy within the next months and the next Project Meeting was set.
