Το MedLit#45+ είναι ένα πρόγραμμα στρατηγικής συνεργασίας στον τομέα της εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων, το οποίο χρηματοδοτείται με την υποστήριξη του προγράμματος Erasmus + της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης με στόχο την προώθηση της ανάπτυξης δεξιοτήτων, της απασχολησιμότητας και της ένταξης στην αγορά εργασίας, ατόμων με χαμηλή ειδίκευση ή ανειδίκευτών. Το έργο υλοποιείται μέσω εταιρικής της συνεργασίας 6 χωρών: Ρουμανίας, Ελλάδας, Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, Ιταλίας, Πορτογαλίας και Ισπανίας. Το MedLit # 45 + σκοπεύει να αναπτύξει και βελτιώσει τις ψηφιακές ικανότητες των ανειδίκευτων / χαμηλής ειδίκευσης ανέργων 45+ μέσω καινοτόμων εργαλείων, ώστε να αποκτήσουν κίνητρα και να αναπτύξουν την ικανότητα να δημιουργίας μιας ισχυρή επαγγελματική ταυτότητας στο διαδίκτυο για να ενισχύσουν την πρόσβασή τους στην απασχόληση.

Αρμοδιότητες θέσης:

  • Εξασφάλιση συνεχούς & αδιάλειπτης λειτουργίας υποδομών της εταιρείας και των παραρτημάτων της (workstations, servers, δίκτυα, backup etc)

  • Εγκατάσταση & συντήρηση λογισμικών όλων των τύπων
    1. Τεχνική υποστήριξη ERP/retail εφαρμογών, πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και περιφερειακών
    2. Διαχείριση software & hardware (εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση & διαχείριση για την ορθή λειτουργία τους)
  • Εγκατάσταση & συντήρηση εξοπλισμού 

 Προφίλ Υποψηφίου :

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Γνώση συστημάτων ασφάλειας δεδομένων & πληροφοριών (ISO 27001 κ.α.)

Γνώσεις & εμπειρία: 

  • Λειτουργικών συστημάτων Microsoft (Office365, Windows Server 2008-2019, Windows 10, Office 2010 – 2019 System administration: Active Directory, File Server, Hyper-V)
  • MS-SQL server: διαχείριση βλαβών

Project Manager for EU-Funded Projects

(Ref: CEP02)

The opportunity:

We offer high-quality, customised project implementation services turning innovative ideas into funded projects. This ranges from EU grants to private investments identification, including consortium building, application writing, selection of experts, negotiation, budgeting, quality control and evaluation of projects.

Currently, we are seeking for a dynamic and self-motivated Project Manager for EU Projects (Grants and other) (Ref: CEP02) to become part of our dynamic team in Athens.

 

Your role & responsibilities:

Your role as a Project Manager in EU projects will focus on business strategy.

More specifically, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:

  • Manage Project implementation, including coordination of current partnerships
  • Follow and manage project timetables, identifying implementation risks, working on solutions
  • Prepare and submit Monitoring reports to responsible Managing Authorities
  • Manage communication to third parties and stakeholders during project implementation
  • Draft deliverables or supervise their quality
  • Draft Applications and Technical Proposals indicatively under Erasmus+, REC, AMIF, EMFF and other Programmes etc.
  • Participate in the formulation of vivid partnerships.

 

Job Requirements:

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Academic background with a Bachelor or/and a Master’s degree preferably in Social Sciences
  • Excellent English Knowledge (both written and oral).
  • At least 3 years in project management experience is preferred
  • Responsibility, consistency and adherence to strict deadlines
  • Proven track records in drafting, and implementing EU funded projects will be highly appreciated
  • Travel availability (Schengen and non-Schengen)
  • Excellent command of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word)
  • Administrative, organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of a second language will be considered as a strong asset.

 

On-the-job training will be offered to entry level candidates.

Αρμοδιότητες θέσης:

  • Υλοποίηση συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων (ΕΣΠΑ) της εταιρείας – συμμετοχή στις ομάδες εργασίας
  • Υποστήριξη της εταιρείας στη διαδικασία συγγραφής τεχνικών προσφορών για τη συμμετοχής της σε διαγωνισμούς συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων σε Εθνικό Επίπεδο (Προγράμματα ΕΣΠΑ)
  • Συμμετοχή στην εκπόνηση αξιολογήσεων στο πλαίσιο συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων

 

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου (Κύρια Προσόντα)

  • Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημιακής Εκπαίδευσης καθώς και Μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα σπουδών 
  • Απαραίτητη εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών στην υλοποίηση συγχρηματοδοτούμενων έργων (ΕΣΠΑ)
  • Εμπειρία σε έργα αξιολόγησης και ερευνών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Άριστη Γνώση Αγγλικών. Επιθυμητή η γνώση μιας δεύτερης γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Ηλεκτρονικού Υπολογιστή – MS Office (κυρίως Excel και μορφοποίηση κειμένων word)
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και τήρηση αυστηρών χρονοδιαγραμμάτων
  • Διοικητικές, οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

On October 12th and 13th the Erasmus Days are celebrated with a view to showcase the impact of Erasmus+ projects and in particular to facilitate the communication and cooperation among the relevant stakeholders throughout Europe.

Yesterday we organized an amazing climbing activity in order to spend time together and to share the best moments! Our staff demonstrated its best skills on a range of challenging activities.

Description

The project aims at proposing an integrate and complete strategy for improving youth employability and a better school-to-work transition. In particular, the project will foster the collaboration between VET institutions and employers in the wood and the furniture sector, contributing to adapt curriculum and qualification profiles and proposing and testing a cooperation framework between enterprises/employers and VET institutions to define integrated transnational dual learning models.

In particular the project aims:

  • To contribute to adapt curriculum and qualification profiles by investigating the technological and soft skills gap in the professional profiles for the Wood Treaters, Cabinet Makers and related Trade Workers (ESCO 752 profiles and ISCO 08).
  • To contribute to overcome youth stereotypes and biased perceptions concerning skilled manual occupations and traditional economic sectors
  • To increase organizational, social, emotional, entrepreneurial and technological skills and competences in VET students and workers
  • To propose and test a cooperation framework between different stakeholders (especially enterprises/employers and VET institutions) to define integrated transnational dual learning models: one model would not fit every situation, but a core concept can be proposed, accompanied by a "modelling engine" to support adaptation to several sectors and countries.
  • To support the implementation of 2013 Communication on Opening up education: promoting the development of new modes of delivery of training, including virtual mobility and e-learning.
  • To evaluate this first experience of model design and implementation, with the scope of identifying shortcomings and transferable solutions.

Description

MICRO is developing and deploying Open Educational Resources (open and widely available training content and modules) targeted at micro and craft-type enterprises in rural areas to foster their chances of growth and access to the EU single market and EU opportunities to ultimately enhance their competitiveness. Our goal is to promote growth and employment in rural areas by leveraging underutilized EU opportunities and promoting participation to EU Single Market by microenterprises.

Hence the objectives of the project, include:

  • sustain growth and competitiveness of rural microenterprises
  • developing practical training resources to be delivered both face-to-face and through the Open Educational Resource
  • bridge the capacity gaps of rural microenterprise
  • Designing of innovative multilingual training content, material and web based tools
  • Testing and validation of  the main results with at least 200 microenterprises in rural areas in 6 countries

  • MICRO OER Platform in 5 languages
  • Capacity Gap Assessment
  • Content OER - course developed in 5 languages
  • 200 Microenterprises trained in 6 Countries - Test And Validation of MICRO
