The IMPACT project, which was financed by the European Union (Gruntvig programme for Adult Education), was successfully finalized in December 2013, after 2 years of implementation. The partners developed an innovative online training tool and the project provided courses for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their employees, aiming at improving their key competences and enabling participants to carry out an initial environmental review in their workplaces.
