The event included a very interesting presentation, concerning “active listening” and its relation to museums, presented by Ms. Elda Stoupa, consultant of AKMI S.A. Ms. Stoupa emphasized on the significance of active listening for recent societies and specifically for museums, giving examples and making clear how important its role is for today’s world.

During the event, the learners had the chance to discuss the Specialization Course, Work-Based Learning, ask general questions and resolve any issues they had. Finally, they were given 3 case studies as a form of homework, to better understand the concepts presented.
