The project MADE in EU aims in the change of the adult training approach form “static” to dynamic. It is based on lectures to a peer to peer approach, calibrated on self-evaluation of participants compared to their needs, requirements and their skills. The project MADE in EU has contribute to improve and evaluate the training model through experiences of learned knowledge.
