Job description
We are looking for a Senior Consultant specialising in digital transformation to join our team in Athens. The role combines strategic planning with support for the delivery of digital projects in public and private sector organisations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing digital transformation strategies and action plans
- Mapping and redesigning business processes
- Drafting functional specifications for digital solutions and e-services
- Guiding project teams and coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Designing change management and adoption activities
Profile
- University degree in computer science, engineering or a related field; postgraduate degree desirable
- Several years of experience in digital transformation or ICT projects
- Understanding of the public sector environment and ICT projects
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent Greek and English
