Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager specialising in the agricultural sector to join our team in Athens. The role involves managing rural development projects, with an emphasis on LEADER/CLLD-type local development interventions.
Responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring rural development projects
- Supporting organisations in operating local programme management mechanisms
- Supporting beneficiaries in maturing and delivering investment plans
- Drafting progress reports and cooperating with the competent authorities
- Following the regulatory framework of the Common Agricultural Policy
Profile
- University degree in agricultural science, economics or a related field
- Experience with rural development or LEADER/CLLD programmes
- Knowledge of co-funded project procedures
- Well organised, with the ability to work with local stakeholders
- Excellent Greek and English
