We are looking for an Education & Labour Market Consultant to join our team in Athens. The role involves designing and managing training, skills-development and job-placement programmes.
Responsibilities
- Designing training and skills-development programmes
- Managing and monitoring employment and counselling interventions
- Preparing skills-needs diagnoses and labour market analyses
- Working with training providers, client organisations and managing authorities
- Tracking indicators and assessing the results of interventions
Profile
- University degree in social sciences, economics or education
- Experience with training, employment or lifelong learning programmes
- Knowledge of the framework of co-funded human resources interventions
- Ability to organise and monitor multiple parallel activities
- Excellent Greek and English
