Strategy determination and priorities development setting with the aim of formulating a comprehensive action plan which will include development projects as well as interventions of the organization which will support the achievement of strategic options.

The ultimate objective is to modernize and redefine the organization’s strategic choices towards the formation and selection of necessary operations consistent with the development priorities of the new programming period and the sustainable development of the region meeting the identified needs and priorities.
