EEO is looking for a Senior TVET Curriculum Development Expert for the Europaid project in Jordan entitled “Technical Assistance to the Skills for Employment and Social Inclusion Programme” with a minimum of 10 years of experience in curriculum design and teaching of teachers (TOT) development in the area of TVET and in developing countries.

EEO is looking for two experts on employment services and Labour market programs so as to participate at the “Skills and Jobs” project in Kazakhstan which is funded by the World Bank; the experts on employment services and Labour market programs shall at least have 5 years of experience in Labour market policy or employment services and fluency in Russian.

EEO is looking for an expert on statistics and/or economics so as to participate at the “Skills and Jobs” project in Kazakhstan which is funded by the World Bank; the expert on statistics and/or economics shall at least have 5 years of experience in analysis of microdata and/or developing and improving a system of statistical tools and methodology.

EEO is looking for an expert on legal issues so as to participate at the “Skills and Jobs” project in Kazakhstan which is funded by the World Bank; the expert on legal issues shall at least have 5 years of professional experience in law within social protection and/or Labour market regulation and fluency in Russian.

EEO is looking for a Co-team leader as to participate at the “Skills and Jobs” project in Kazakhstan which is funded by the World Bank; Co-team leader shall be specialised in implementation of profiling methods in employment services in developed countries and/or solid understanding of best practices in this area of Kazakhstan and fluency in Russian.

EEO is looking for a project manager so as to implement the “Skills and Jobs” project in Kazakhstan which is funded by the World Bank; The project manager shall at least have 5 years of advisory experience in analysis, development and implementation of methodologies, methodological recommendations in the sphere of Labour market programs and policies and/or public employment services.

EEO GROUP SA, leading the consortium with WYG International Danişmanlık Limited Şirketi was assigned through The European Union, represented by the European Commission, in order to support the economic development of the Turkish Cypriot community to provide Technical Assistance for the Running of the EU Programme Support Office in the Northern Part of Cyprus.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows:

To provide high quality and reliable office and logistical support to the European Commission's Programme Team working in the northern part of Cyprus to maximise effectiveness of aid delivery and implementation.

EEO GROUP SA, leading the consortium of Eptisa Servicios de Ingenieria S.L (Spanish) was assigned through the General Directorate for Financing and Contracting of EU, World Bank and other Donor Funds for the Implementation of civil service reform across the public administration in Tirana Albania.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to further strengthen public sector governance and efficiency of the Albanian Public Administration.

Specific objectives are as follows:

-          Strengthening DoPA’s management and oversight capacity in implementation of the civil service and salaries reform.

-          Increasing capacities in using different tools for implementation of business processes.

-          Strengthening ASPA’s capacities in managing and delivering quality trainings.
