The first day of the kick off meeting was dedicated to the introduction of partners, the general desctiption of tasks and activities that will be implemented during the project lifetime and the forthcoming action plan. AKMI Group of Companies, was represented by Mrs Celia Alexandrou, Project Manager and Planning Engineer and Mrs Viktoria Topalidi, Financial Manager. Alongside BZB's representative, Mrs Alexandrou presented a detailed sketch of outreach activities that will be organized and implemented during the project, contributing to enhancing the attractiveness of the construction industry to youngsters and particularly women and to identifying solutions so as to facilitate mobility of VET students and trainers in Europe.
Blueprint Construction - Kickoff Meeting in Madrid, Spain
AKMI Group of Companies participated in the kick-off meeting of KA2- SSA - Skills Blueprint for the Contrustion Industry project, held in Madrid the dates 31st of January 2019 to 1st of February 2019, in Fundación Laboral de la Construcción premises. The project, which is funded by the EACEaims at implementing a new strategic approach towards a more effective cooperation of the Construction Industry on Skills Advancement through Innovative Practices and Exchange of Good Practices. The participating organizations are coming from 12 different European countries which is evident of a highly representative partnership in European level and maximum impact.
